In-person class: Authentic Pasta Workshop: Handmade Gnocchi (Miami) Aah!, Gnocchi, these pillowy potato dumplings are in a pasta category of their own! In this class you will learn how easy it is, and fun to prepare potato gnocchi from scratch. You will knead, form, and cook the gnocchi. Walk away from class with an understanding of the importance of the ingredients used and how to pick the variety for making gnocchi at home. Learn to master the recipe for a mouthwatering Gnocchi with a brown butter sage sauce. Whether you're a novice or an experienced cook, this class is designed to be fun and educational. No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 18+. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, however guests 21+ are invited to BYOB (beer, wine, and champagne only).
