Miami Spice Dinner at Amelia’s 1931 Named in honor of Chef Eileen Andrade’s grandmother, this revamped hotspot dazzles with a bold fusion of Cuban and Asian flavors, all served in a sultry, chic ambiance. We’re lucky that this year the restaurant is taking part in Miami Spice and we get to try a luscious 3-course menu. For only $45 per person indulge in a 3-course meal featuring highlights like umami escargot made with gochujang butter and served with sourdough crostini; boniato gnocchi made with Spanish boniato, rocoto cream, and parmesan crisp; and Cuban pork katsu with a sazon completa panko crust, friseé, and hoisin. Get ready for a culinary adventure that’s as rich in history as it is in taste. The Miami Spice dinner is only available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, and reservations are highly recommended.
