All 3 of us ended up getting the mushroom khachapuri because we had never had it. This was basically kind of like a flatbread filled with fresh mozzarella, ricotta, truffle paste, sage. It also had 2 slow poached eggs on top of it. It was super decadent and left me stuffed for the rest of the day. Would definitely recommend trying this dish if you haven’t already.
