How do I create my Kikihub profile?
Download Kikihub from the App Store or Google Play, then sign up using your email, Apple ID, Facebook, or Google account. Add a profile photo, write a short bio, and you're ready to connect!
How does location-based discovery work?
Kikihub uses your location to show you people and posts nearby. You can adjust your discovery radius in settings. Your exact location is never shared with other users — only your approximate area.
How do I find people with similar interests?
Browse the nearby feed to see posts from people around you. You can also explore events happening in your area and join conversations with people who share your interests.
What should I do if I can't log in?
Kikihub uses Apple, Google, or Facebook to sign in — no separate password needed.
→ Make sure you're selecting the same login method you used when signing up
→ Check that you're logged into the correct Apple/Google/Facebook account on your device
→ Try logging out and back into your social account, then retry Kikihub

Find someone you’re interested in and send a message — everyone here is open to meeting new people. Just say something. People reply 🫶
What are posts and how do I create them?
Posts let you share moments with people nearby. Tap the + button, add a photo or text, and publish. Your post will be visible to users in your area for discovery.
How do anonymous discussions work?
Anonymous posts let you share thoughts without revealing your identity. Perfect for asking questions or sharing experiences you'd prefer to keep private. Your username won't be shown to other users.
What is Kikihub Premium?
Premium gives you the full Kikihub experience:
→ See who viewed your profile
→ Unlimited messages — no daily tasks required
→ Advanced search filters
→ Priority visibility in discovery
Subscribe anytime in the app settings.
Safety & Privacy
How do I block or report someone?
On any profile, tap the menu icon (three dots) and select "Block" or "Report". Blocked users can't see your profile or contact you. Reports are reviewed by our safety team within 24 hours.
Is my data safe on Kikihub?
We take privacy seriously. Your data is encrypted, and we never sell personal information to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we protect your information.
How can I control who sees my profile?
You have full control over your privacy in Settings:
→ Open to All — turn this off to lock direct messages from strangers
→ Visible to Nearby Users — turn this off to hide your profile from search and discovery
Your profile, your rules.How do I delete my account?
Go to Account → Edit → Delete Account to submit a deletion request.
→ Your account will be permanently erased in 30 days
→ Changed your mind? Log back in anytime before the 30 days to restore it
Once it's gone, it's gone. We don't keep your data longer than needed.
