Enchant LA! Sometimes pretty places aren’t equally tasty but I would say this place has both down. I got to dress and have some sweet quality time over good korean flavors (kim chi pasta & bulgogi quesadillas were really good!) 🌸Garden Style Brunch&Bar🌸 ☕Modern Asian Fusion🥂Wine🍸Cocktail Kept things light w a citrus shrimp salad but then indulged in other great menu items. We went for lunch but it’s good for dinner dates tooooo 🤓

Relaxing to be in the middle of the water with the boats, under the sun, but an arm work out to get there 😅 and worth it! Summer fun for sure :) • Marina del Rey is located just 4 miles from LAX, next to Santa Monica and Venice Beach. • Mother’s Beach is the best spot to learn how to paddleboard because of the calm, flat water. • Marina del Rey is the largest small-craft harbor in North America and is the second largest in the world after Dubai! • L.A.’s Marina is where locals go to play on the water. • Here, you can kayak, stand-up paddle board, jet-ski, or go deep-sea fishing, whale-watching or hop on a sunset dinner cruise.

The nations largest hawker stall = Smorgasburg LA! I like to come here bc it’s always summer vibes and you get all of LA’s most viral food trucks in one place. Gives a major platform to small businesses and gives me a unique experience every time. I come for food, beverages, local artistry and sun. Bring water and hats for sun protection bc it’s a large parking lot and all the asphalt makes it hot there ☀️ 🧢 🧴 💦

Here’s a reminder to go dancing in LA, it’s an experience. SIP Boba Lounge! Why? Bc people here are talented. Like, just got off the stage performing with Beyoncé talented and show up to dance floors for a night out just like everyone else. It always end up being such an impromptu show, all levels all talents and random fun for everyone!

Chinese in West Hollywood! Modernized Dim Sum fa sho 😋 🥟 Ok, I have one traditional place for dim sum and it is in the SGV, it’s meant to family time and Sunday Breakfast. Soooo, West Hollywood + Dim Sum for dinner never went together in my mind. Buutttttt, BAO DIM SUM HOUSE reinvented that. And I am here for it bc it’s actually good. Shiu Mai (we got chicken) was very hefty, Har Gow was shrimp filled with a light wrap, sauces on the table were on point and other items like Spare Ribs were prepared very traditionally. Now, if you live in LA proper, you don’t always have to go to the valley for your dim sum fix 😋 🥟

LUYIXIAN serves a wide variety of braised dishes. From Sichuan-style cold meats and boiled fish in scarlet broth to the spicy beef noodle soup found in Taiwanese restaurants, this Alhambra restaurant spans regions. They have great Chinese food here. Braised beef in a Sichuan spicy broth that’s made a little sweeter than the familiar Taiwanese style beef noodle soup that we are used to. They also had different dumplings and dan dan noodles here well. Authentic!

Now, you can have thai tea the real way here in LA! Most Thai restaurants use an artifical powder to sell Thai teas that we all love, but the real thing is actually so much more. Brewed, strained, real spices like star anise, cardamom, cinnamon and more. Cha Tra Mue is a very well known brand in Thailand for Thai tea and while they do make the powder form, they also sell Thai tea the way it’s meant to be made in their stores. Now there is one location in America and it is in Chinatown la! They have a variety of styles for you to try.😋 🧡 🧋 Try for yourselves!

Summer skewers and barbecue that West LA has never seen before 😮 Kreung kitchen Cambodian style!! Ok, we love eating khmer food in long beach but now on the westside and bold young chef has brought his heritage out and is popping up around the westside all summer long. Cambodian food is vibrant and strong in flavors, then when you add it to bbq and in the summer?

📍 AMBOY FAR EAST CENTER, DTLA It’s the chef that created Egg Slut, the Filipino American egg sandwich connoisseur. His small shop in chinatown makes these specialty burgers and they’re insane! For a special event, i also found his longanesa hot dog on the menu and sisig fries with calamansi! 🍊🍟 Beers was so special too. Paired so well with the meal. You can find this across from Amboy at La Sita and other stores and restaurants around LA. Two Filipino LA brothers brought this over from the Philippines and all the flavors are so good. I’m not usually a beer drinker but the Ube Lager was so unique! (They also have Honey and a Mango flavor). Check them out for a taste of LA Filipino American innovation! 📍 AMBOY

Wanna a danish style cube bread from Kyoto? It’s in Santa Monica now! Mr. Teddy Baker makes the best katsu sandwiches with milk bread too! $10 for the cube to take home and have it as you please. The imported butter that’s mixed into all the fluffiness is so unique, sweet, light, airy and crispy/flaky. It’s great that the katsu sandwich, tenderloin, and they have other options too! You find it at a to-go style place where you walk up and order, get it as delivery or even eat there with the small dining section they have. So good!

What egg rolls are your favorite? Bopomofo Cafe has had the best egg rolls in the valley for years. Well done, lightly crispy, loaded well with all the great ingredients that make this vietnamese style egg rolls.
