The Pool Hall, Overtown Founded in 1954, this billiards club has been restored to its former glory, paying homage to the community’s golden age of entertainment with a modern twist. To find it, all you have to do is enter Red Rooster and head up the staircase covered in pictures of the famous and everyday people of Overtown in the ’60s and ’70s. That’s when you’ll spot the speakeasy’s stylish vintage decor, a pool table and a swell cocktail menu offering vintage-inspired concoctions.

JAGUAR SUN Downtown Jaguar Sun is probably our favorite place in Miami. Some may say it’s a cocktail bar, others, a restaurant with an awesome pasta selection. We’d like to think of it as a combination of both. And there’s something about the vibe that makes you want to chat with the person next to you. Our favorite dishes include the Hokkaido Scallop, the Wagyu Beef Carpaccio with the most delish charred leek aioli, Agnolotti with blue crab, and the Spicy Rigatoni. Make sure to ask if there are any new dishes or off-menu items, sometimes they’ll have something to share with you. Leave room for a Wolf Whistle, their version of a tequila espresso martini paired with dessert.

Casa Vigil is a Michelin-starred and Michelin Green-starred winery restaurant from Mendoza, Argentina by winemaker Alejandro Vigil. This weekend, the legendary Vigil visits his newest namesake restaurant in Miami's Buena Vista neighborhood for the very first time, guiding guests on a unique seven-course dinner paired with wines he's crafted and hand-selected for the occasion. Each $265 ticket includes the multi-course meal by Executive Chef Mikel Goicolea, exclusive wine pairings by Alejandro Vigil and the chance to engage with the winemaker and fellow wine enthusiasts in an intimate setting. Choose from the 6pm or 9pm seatings.
