An Olympic-Themed Playground Has Popped Up In Miami Design District For Competitive Fun Grab your running shoes! An Olympic-themed playground is taking over Miami Design District’s Jungle Plaza, marking an exciting few weeks ahead for sports enthusiasts. An interactive running track complete with starting blocks and a photofinisher camera, along with five table tennis tables and a playground for the littlest of aspiring Olympians. Throughout the weeks-long takeover, a French café and bakery concept will be on hand to provide refreshments and sweet treats to visitors. A massive mural will also serve as the backdrop of the courtyard, displaying Bebe Vio, four-time Paralympic medal winner in Fencing. 📅 When: July 26 through August 11

Food & Wine Tasting with Enologist Alejandro Vigil Miami has a Messi of soccer and now, a "Messi of wines." Casa Vigil is a Michelin-starred and Michelin Green-starred winery restaurant from Mendoza, Argentina by winemaker Alejandro Vigil. This weekend, the legendary Vigil visits his newest namesake restaurant in Miami's Buena Vista neighborhood for the very first time, guiding guests on a unique seven-course dinner paired with wines he's crafted and hand-selected for the occasion. Each $265 ticket includes the multi-course meal by Executive Chef Mikel Goicolea, exclusive wine pairings by Alejandro Vigil and the chance to engage with the winemaker and fellow wine enthusiasts in an intimate setting. Choose from the 6pm or 9pm seatings.

They are three artists born in a popular neighborhood, cradled since childhood by the inexhaustible sounds of suburban genres as diverse as soul, blues, salsa, boleros, funk and so many more that later became influences. Food & beverage are available for purchase at the show. The Bandshell is an open-air covered venue, all programs are rain or shine.

Legion Park Farmers’ Market Legion Park is the place to be on a beautiful Saturday morning, as tents pop up from Biscayne Boulevard all the way to Biscayne Bay. Run by Urban Oasis Project, which oversees some of Miami’s most important farmers markets, you’ll find produce from local favorites like Little River Cooperative and French Farms, artisan-made goods like fresh breads, hummus and empanadas (the Chilean ones are excellent), and even dog treats. (Don’t worry, Fido always gets a free sample.) In the morning, a hundred or so yogis gather under the Spanish-oak draped banyan trees for a donation-based yoga class, and then stock up on goods from some of the new age vendors onsite.
