JumpstART Stories and Art Visit the Irving Arts Center on the first Thursday of the month at 10 a.m. for a fun story time that combines art and children’s literature. Kids can create a take-home art project and then families can browse the galleries. Each month's JumpstART is themed and free to attend. All craft supplies are provided.
