A very big thank you to The Marine Room for making my birthday celebration unforgettable 🎂 Dining here was a true culinary journey. From the breathtaking ocean views to the impeccable service, every moment was magical. Here’s some of what we tasted during our experience: -PERUVIAN CRUDO: Bluefin tuna elevated with aji amarillo agua chile, mint, cilantro, and a boba crisp for added texture. -KING SALMON: A decadent dish featuring wagyu fat sous vide carrot, coconut salsa macha, huitlacoche, and cassis chayote, a symphony of flavors. -TRUFFLE YUCA FRIES with parmigiano reggiano -CRISPY BRUSSELS SPROUTS: The perfect accompaniments, adding a touch of indulgence to our meal.
