The park will is completely free with public programming year round like farmers markets, concerts and films. There is also a massive children’s play area, a dog park, performance lawn and shaded promenades and plazas. The star of the show though is this 3,400 pound art pieces that changes colors all day and into the night, called ‘Butterfly Rest Stop’ created by Janet Echelman.
