Twix Milkshakes - I took this picture a few months ago Ingredients: Salted Caramel Ice Cream Twix Caramel (Your preferred brand) Bourbon (I also made it with Whiskey, but Bourbon tasted better) Whip Cream Toffee This was pretty good but the Toffee didn't really matter except for aesthetics.
