~MEETING NEW PEOPLE~ Its kinda crazy that we live in a day and age where it's easier to meet new people online than it is going about our daily lives. The truth is, most of us are either to busy keeping up pace or so affected by outside influences we become ashamed of ourselves for some lie we were gullible enough to believe in. Everyone has value to offer the world, yet people seem to only be drifting further apart. Our society has seen a gradual breakdown in relationships. Hell... its even hard for me to put my phone down at times. But I can't put enough stress enough on the importance of sharing our time with one another... face to face. Its honestly a deep part of what it means to be human. By doing that, we not only heighten our own experience... we also gift that opportunity to others. If we lose the part of us that connects with new people, we rob ourselves of the shared joy we both could of had. I say it's time to spend a little less time on our phones, and get out there to explore what life is really about. You never know... you just might create a lasting memory with someone. If you never try, how will you known if they were worth it?
