so today I woke up with low energy had a good night running around and I actually mean running lol. my co workers are surprised that I can run fast for a person with CHF. but its ok I'm the used to being able to surprise ppl lol anyways happy sunday and hope everyone has a blessed day

so I am trying to get my life together to get my daughter back in my life. the mom is neglecting her and her sister and that breaks my heart. I don't want sympathy I need advice dealing with a person who is so toxic to a point that she picks another guy before her kids. I don't want to talk bad about her but I worry about the kids u kno idk any advice guys
