So how do you like to train. maybe it could be going to the gym or going for a run. It could be calisthenics or yoga or pilates. There are a variety of different ways to train. It could even be sport I mean there are heaps of sports out there you name it from football to basketball to cricket to tennis there's heaps of ways to train and remain active
