The weekend is going to be hot and people will hit the beach naturally. But the ocean and beaches might not be good place to cool off this time. The state’s Department of Health in Miami-Dade is urging people to stay out of the water at three beaches due to certain high levels of bacteria. They’ve issued a water quality advisory for: * Surfside - 93rd Street * Collins Park - 21st Street, Miami Beach * Oleta River State Park, North Miami Beach These areas did not meet the recreational water quality criteria for rnterococcus bacteria, according to the health department.
