Order the best Cast Iron Pancake (these may take up to 25 mins to come out of the kitchen), slow-cooked in clarified butter and warm maple syrup with an order of Beltran’s Bacon, thick steak cut bacon with smoked maple syrup. Chug’s is open Monday – Wednesday from 7:30 AM – 3 PM, Thursday – Saturday from 7:30 AM – 10 PM, and Sunday from 7:30 AM – 7 PM.
